1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "699bat", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 699bat platform accessible at https://699bat.net and its associated mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 699bat website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all services, products, games, and tools offered through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances awarded to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, which are distinct from real-money Balance and subject to wagering requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy available on this Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 699bat regarding your use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions, and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes their acceptance.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming, sports betting markets, and cashier services on the 699bat Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 699bat Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under an alias, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where 699bat identifies that a player holds more than one Account, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any open or settled bets, and withhold any Bonus Funds accumulated across those Accounts. Real-money Balances held in duplicate Accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 699bat will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You are required to notify 699bat immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

699bat may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (national ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

4 Age Verification & Eligibility

The 699bat Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 699bat takes its age verification obligations seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, and are not a resident of, any Restricted Jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or in partnership with, any other individual for the purpose of placing bets or playing games on the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or direct family member of an employee of 699bat or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 699bat Platform or any associated gaming platform where such exclusion remains active.

Where 699bat has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, it reserves the right to suspend that Player's Account, place a hold on all pending withdrawals, and conduct a full eligibility review before making any determination regarding the Account's status.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

699bat processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank direct transfers, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 699bat does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 699bat accepts no responsibility. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you own and that has previously been used to make a deposit into your Account, where technically feasible.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• 699bat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether KYC has been previously completed.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 699bat Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion step and no exchange-rate risk for players transacting in Taka. Any funds deposited in a currency other than Taka will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any resulting conversion costs are borne by the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

699bat offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the allotted period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

699bat takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing equal and opposite bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure (known as "bonus hedging"), using automated betting software to exploit promotional offers, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 699bat reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s).

6.4 VIP Programme

699bat operates a tiered VIP programme for qualifying high-volume players. VIP tier membership, associated benefits, and tier thresholds are determined at the sole discretion of 699bat and may be adjusted at any time. VIP benefits — including but not limited to dedicated account management, priority withdrawal processing, and exclusive reload bonuses — are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated. 699bat reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme if their activity falls below the applicable tier threshold or if they breach any provision of these Terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 699bat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. 699bat reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the underlying event is in question, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded. Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are additionally subject to the official event rules published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI as applicable).

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 699bat Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's studio provider and is certified independently. 699bat does not modify game RTP values. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be voided and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the Player's Balance.

7.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 699bat reserves the right to cancel or void bets in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, evidence of match-fixing or corruption, technical failures affecting the integrity of market pricing, and events where official result confirmation has not been received within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 699bat Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Placing bets based on insider information or knowledge of match-fixing activity.
• Using the Platform's cashier to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity (i.e., using the Platform as a money transfer or payment processing service).
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 699bat staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

• Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform is free from viruses or other harmful code (though reasonable security measures are maintained).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to Terms

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
